The Benefits of using an Aroma Gun with a Baby Guinness

Tags

Our Pro 2 Aroma Gun allows you to add aroma filled aroma clouds to food and drinks. When used with a delicious Baby Guinness, the delicious aromas can complement the coffee and cream flavours of the cocktail, adding an extra layer of complexity and enhancing the overall experience. Here's why this could be particularly beneficial for a bar like yours:

  1. Unique Flavour Combinations: By adding a personalised flavour ( 20 available) to a Baby Guinness, you're creating a unique twist on a classic cocktail. This can attract adventurous customers looking for a new flavour experience. The flavours can enhance the coffee and cream flavours of the cocktail, creating a harmonious blend that's both familiar and novel.

  2. Visual Appeal & Entertainment: The process of "smoking" or more elegantly "aromatise" a cocktail can be quite a spectacle and adds an element of theatre to the drink preparation. Customers tend to be fascinated by this and it can be a great conversation starter. Seeing their drink being aromatised right in front of them can make the experience more engaging and memorable.

  3. Innovation and Uniqueness: By using an aroma gun, you're showing your customers that your bar is willing to innovate and try new things. This can help to set you apart from your competition and can attract customers who are looking for unique and creative cocktail experiences.

  4. Aromatic Experience: Aroma clouds don't only affect taste, it also introduces a new aroma to the drink. Aromas play a crucial role in our perception of flavour. By introducing an aroma, the bar provides an all-around sensory experience, which can make the Baby Guinness more enjoyable.

  5. Enhanced Depth of Flavour: Our Smoke aroma has a natural way of adding depth to the flavour profile of a drink. When applied to a Baby Guinness, it can add another dimension to the cocktail, making it a more sophisticated drink that can be savoured and enjoyed slowly.

Introducing an aroma infused Baby Guinness can provide an engaging, multi-sensory drinking experience that can make your bar stand out.

The Baby Guinness is a simple and delightful layered shot that primarily uses Kahlua and Baileys Irish Cream to simulate the appearance of a pint of Guinness beer. The standard recipe for a Baby Guinness is:

  • 3/4 shot Kahlua (or another coffee liqueur)
  • 1/4 shot Baileys Irish Cream

Here are five variations of the Baby Guinness recipe:

  1. Baby Guinness with Patron XO Cafe: Substitute the Kahlua with Patron XO Cafe, a coffee-flavored tequila, for a kick of tequila in your shot.

    • 3/4 shot Patron XO Cafe
    • 1/4 shot Baileys Irish Cream
  2. Caramel Baby Guinness: Add a caramel twist to the Baby Guinness by using Baileys Salted Caramel.

    • 3/4 shot Kahlua
    • 1/4 shot Baileys Salted Caramel
  3. Minty Baby Guinness: Substitute Baileys Irish Cream with Baileys Mint Chocolate for a refreshing mint flavor.

    • 3/4 shot Kahlua
    • 1/4 shot Baileys Mint Chocolate
  4. Smokey Baby Guinness: Add a hint of smoke to your Baby Guinness using our aroma gun. This adds a smoky aroma and flavour to the shot.

    • 3/4 shot Kahlua
    • 1/4 shot Baileys Irish Cream
    • A hint of smoke from a an aroma  gun
  5. Spicy Baby Guinness: Add a touch of heat by using a chili-infused coffee liqueur instead of the Kahlua.

    • 3/4 shot chili-infused coffee liqueur
    • 1/4 shot Baileys Irish Cream

Remember, while making any variation, the key to achieving the right look for a Baby Guinness is in the layering. Pour the Baileys Irish Cream over the back of a spoon to prevent the two liquids from mixing. This creates a clear separation, simulating the look of a Guinness beer.
