Ingredients:

1.5 oz vodka (or pink vodka for an extra touch) 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur 1 oz cranberry juice 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp grenadine syrup Sparkling rosé or champagne Edible glitter or sugar crystals for rimming (optional)
