Our bar's name is "The Odd Couple." It describes my big bosses Shingo Gokan (Founder of Speak Low, Sober Company, SG Club) & Steve Schneider (Principal bartender of Employees Only NYC/Singapore). Both born in 1983, their story together began almost a decade ago in New York City. Our main concept is "Back to the future", we play 80s American music with a 80s retro vibe. We're open till 4am every single day!
First of all you must love people. This is the biggest point for me, this is why I love my job.

Flavour Blaster supports my imagination! When I use it, our cocktails have a story behind the name and recipe. I also used to work as flair bartender so love surprising people. The Flavour Blaster has improved our business in many ways, we can create Tik Toks and social media content that allow us to gain new customers and we enjoy using it.
