With Flavour Blaster, you can create unforgettable cocktails that are a visual and sensory delight. Choose from any of our 20 unique aromas to add a burst of flavour and aroma to your drinks. Your guests will be begging for more rounds of your one-of-a-kind creations.
Delivery
We aim to ship products within 2 business day of the order being processed. This excludes Jetchill Twin Probe orders which we aim to dispatch February 2024. For accurate lead times on all Jetchill Twin Probe orders, contact info@jetchill.com.
Customs Duties
Please note delivery can incur import charges from the UK. If you refuse to pay import charges and your shipment is returned to the UK, you will be charged shipping and return transport costs.

Please note we do not ship to temporary addresses, as we can't ensure delivery. We do not accept responsibility for delivery issues to a temporary address
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. If you notify us later than 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days of the date you notify us of the return. The Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

If you encounter an unfortunate problem, please take a photo or video of the issue. Email us at info@flavourblaster.com we will aim to solve via email.
If we cannot rectify over email we will be able to send a link to book a 1:1 video/phone call with one of our engineers to take further measure to fix the issue.
We will replace units within the 1-year guarantee period. Following the 1-year we have alternative out-of-guarantee upgrade options.
