Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. If you notify us later than 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days of the date you notify us of the return. The Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

Our unique vegan bubble formulation is expertly developed by our in-house chemist. Our top priority was to create a solution robust enough to meet industry demands while seamlessly enhancing your cocktail creations.

If you encounter an unfortunate problem, please take a photo or video of the issue. Email us at info@flavourblaster.com we will aim to solve via email.
If we cannot rectify over email we will be able to send a link to book a 1:1 video/phone call with one of our engineers to take further measure to fix the issue.
We will replace units within the 1-year guarantee period. Following the 1-year we have alternative out-of-guarantee upgrade options.
Tank Compatibility
The Mini V2 is designed to work exclusively with the disposable tank, which can produce approximately 1,000 cocktails. For optimal performance, it's best to use only one aroma flavour per disposable tank.
