Reusable Tank or Disposable Tank?Â
What's the difference? Let's break it down.Â
We know a one size fits all approach never helps, so we have created two different types of tank for your aroma refills, so your business can maximise its profits with minimal equipment!Â
With any tank, we recommend using one separate tank per aroma to keep things running seamlessly. This makes it easy to swap aromas during busy service periods without having to empty out and clean your tanks between each scent.Â
Ah yes, the classic. Our Reusable Tanks are timeless, and anyone with a Pro 2 Aroma Gun will be familiar with these golden wonders, as each Pro 2 comes with a Reusable Tank in its kit.Â
Our Reusable Tank was designed to be used within our Pro model only, so cannot be used in a MINI Aroma Gun.Â
The Reusable Tank relies on a removable cotton coil inside of its glass case, allowing you to reuse the tank by changing the coil when it's time for a refresh. Although the tank itself is reusable, the cotton coils inside have a lifespan of approx 1000 applications before it needs to be swapped for a fresh coil. You can tell when a coil needs to be replaced by a distinct burnt smell when pulling the trigger, your Aroma Gun flashes red three times, your aroma smells faint or looks thin, or your tank begins to leak.
The great thing about only needing to replace the coil within a Reusable Tank is that it is more cost effective, as coils are lower in cost than a full new tank. It is also more sustainable as you are reusing the tank, reducing waste going to landfill.Â
The Reusable Tank allows you to clean out and use different aromas within the same tank, providing you only use one aroma at a time. When you fancy a change, simply clean the tank insides and pop in a fresh, clean coil ready to absorb your new aroma of choice. This is a great choice for any venue looking to offer seasonal aroma choices, use your Reusable Tank with your featured aroma until it's time to switch it up again, without the hassle of needing to replace the whole tank!Â

The Disposable Tank comes with all MINI Aroma Gun Kits and is compatible with our Pro 2 (unless you are using the Multi Bubble Nozzle which requires a Reusable Tank). The Disposable Tank is generally regarded as our "easiest to use" tank, due to the simplicity of its design.Â
Simply open the rubber tab at the top of the tank, add your aroma of choice to the fill line and you're ready to go! After 1000 uses or when your aroma starts to smell burnt or faint, it's time to dispose of your tank and start a fresh one. With the Disposable Tank, the components are all sealed within the unit, so there are no fiddly pieces to take apart and rebuild, simply start using a new complete tank.Â
The Disposable Tank is a perfect option if you have a Flavour Blaster MINI or MINI 2, or you like to keep things as simple as possible for your staff by using a regular nozzle and  sticking to your favourite aromas. As you cannot open a Disposable Tank, you need to use a separate tank for each aroma as you cannot clean and reuse it, however this makes it nice and easy for swapping aromas on busy industry nights!Â

Both tanks serve different purposes, so it's up to you which one you prefer to use. The Reusable Tanks have a higher upfront cost, however the cost is lower to maintain them, whereas the Disposable Tanks are more affordable but you will need to repurchase them every 1000 uses.
