What is the Flavour Blaster Pro 2 and how does it work?

The Flavour Blaster Pro 2 is a professional aroma gun that heats liquid aroma (not wood smoke) to create fragrant vapor you can infuse into bubbles, drinks, glass cloches or desserts. It works by filling the tank with aroma liquid and firing vapor through the nozzle to add aroma and visual theatricality to cocktails.

What is the battery life of the Flavour Blaster Pro 2?

• Up to ~8 hours of usage time on a full charge (low-volume/light use).

For high volume usage, battery performance can be closer to ~4 hours of active service.

Charging & features:

• Uses magnetic USB-C charging for easy connect/disconnect.
• The extended 8-hour life is designed to support busy shifts and continuous service.
  

If you’re planning heavy service use (e.g., busy bar nights), aim to charge fully before your shift and consider the usage pattern to get closer to that 8-hour run time!

How does JetChill chill drinks without ice?

JetChill uses CO₂ to generate dry ice inside the machine. This allows drinks to be chilled quickly without adding ice cubes or water, so there’s no dilution.

Is dry ice added to the drink?

No. The dry ice is generated and contained within the system. It is not added to the drink or left in the glass, making the process controlled and safe for service.

What do I need to operate JetChill?

JetChill requires a compatible, food-grade CO₂ cylinder (sold separately). Full setup and usage instructions are provided with the machine.

Does JetChill change the flavour of the drink?

No. Because it chills without melting ice, flavours remain consistent and balanced, exactly as the drink was designed to taste.

Aromas

Can I use multiple aromas on one menu?

Yes. Each aroma uses its own dedicated tank, so if your menu features multiple aromas, you simply use separate tanks for each one. This allows quick swaps between serves while keeping flavours pure and consistent.

How many serves do the aromas provide?

One aroma bottle delivers approximately 250 serves. A full aroma kit contains four bottles, giving you around 1,000 serves per tank when combined.

Can aromas be used for food as well as drinks?

Yes. Aromas are suitable for both drink and food presentations using compatible Flavour Blaster tools and attachments.

What is it actually made from?

Flavour Blaster aromas use a vegetable glycerin based formulation to carry high quality aroma compounds, creating a smooth, stable liquid that’s made to perform in real service. It flows cleanly, disperses beautifully, and delivers consistent aroma without messing with the drink itself.

No. The pen is wireless and connects via the app, making it easy to use anywhere.

What can I print on?

You can print on coffee foam, cocktail foam, desserts, biscuits, macarons, fondant, icing, and other flat edible surfaces.

It also works perfectly on Flavour Blaster foam and bubbles.

What surfaces does it not work well on?

It works best on flat, lightly textured edible surfaces. Highly uneven, wet, oily, or heavily textured foods may affect print quality.

Press and hold the button on the underside for 3 seconds to turn it on. Hold again for 3 seconds to turn it off.

How long does it take to recharge?

A full recharge takes around 4 hours using the included USB-C charging cable.

The LED coaster provides over 12 hours of battery life on a full charge.

Can it be used with Flavour Blaster cloches?

Yes. The LED coaster is designed to work with Flavour Blaster cloches and presentation pieces for illuminated aroma and smoke reveals.
