3 simple, 3-ingredient rhubarb cocktails to make at home

Here are three simple, 3-ingredient rhubarb cocktails that you can easily make at home:

  1. Rhubarb Gin Spritz:
  • In a glass filled with ice, combine 2 oz of gin and 4 oz of sparkling wine.
  • Add 1 oz of rhubarb syrup and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of rosemary.
  1. Rhubarb Prosecco Cocktail:
  • In a glass filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Prosecco and 1 oz of rhubarb syrup
  • Add a splash of soda water and stir gently
  • Garnish with a slice of strawberry and a sprig of basil
  1. Rhubarb Old Fashioned:
  • In a rocks glass, muddle 1/2 oz of rhubarb syrup with a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Fill the glass with ice and add 2 oz of Bourbon
  • Stir gently and garnish with a orange peel
