Delivery & Returns


Returns 

Our policy lasts 14 days. You must notify us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving the product. If you notify us later than 14 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned within 14 days of the date you notify us of the return. The Item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products.

- Any consumables items purchase that have been opened unless damaged, defective, or different than the product you ordered.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through original method of payment, within a certain number of days. 

Jetchill/Flavour Blaster will not refund the cost of shipping unless the return is a result of us providing a product that is damaged, defective, or different than the product you ordered.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your payment provider as your payment provider may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@jetchill.com. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Replacements

If you have contacted our customer services team and a guarantee replacement has been offered –

  1. Please return to us the Flavour Blaster (unit only no tank or accessories) with the form provided detailing the return number given inside the return package.
  2. On commercial invoice for return shipping label please write value as '£10' and reason for shipment as 'warranty return'.
  3. Once this has been received, we would ship the replacement unit to the shipping address from the original order unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Delivery address: JetChill Ltd, Print Centre, Fulwell Rd, Roker, Sunderland, SR6 0HR, UK, info@jetchill.comYou MUST contact customer service (info@jetchill.com ) to be given a return form to include in your return package. The form needs to include your original order number, return number provided by customer service and name and contact information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.


Import Charges

  1. UK
    No import charges as we manufacture and ship from our UK fulfilment warehouse.
  2. USA
    No import charges as we ship from our USA fulfilment warehouse.
  3. Europe 
    i) Fee Small fee around £15 depending on country and invoice value
  4. ii) Tariff % fee based on invoice value

The UK is the Country Of Origin (COO) so you shouldn’t have to pay this

The HS Code we use for FB Kit is 8543709000 (Electrical Goods)

iii) Tax Your country’s sales tax % will be charged on the invoice value

If you are a business, you will be able to reclaim this in your tax return

If you are not a business, you will not be able to reclaim this in your tax return (you would have had to pay the 20% UK sales tax before Brexit)

  2. i) Fee Might be charged and usually less than £20 depending on country and invoice value
  3. ii) Tariff % fee (based on HS Code) may be charged depending on invoice value. HS Code we use for FB Kit is 8543709000 (Electrical Goods)

iii) Tax - your country’s sales tax % may be charged on the invoice value

If you are a business, you should be able to reclaim this in your tax return

If you are not a business, you will probably not be able to reclaim this in your tax return.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your package does not clear customs due to failure of payment for import duties, the package is returned to us as the sender, and this incurs a charge which will be deducted from your refund in addition to the original shipping cost. If you wish for us to reship your order you, the customer will be required to make payment of the return to sender fee as well as the reshipping cost.
