So the summer is finally coming to an end, which means it is time to embrace autumn! With the cooler weather setting in, it's the perfect time to embrace harvest season and all of the delicious seasonal flavours on offer!
We want to give some inspiration on what seasonal fall cocktails are trending, and maybe inspire you to try something new this autumn!

Autumn Apple Cider Punch:
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz spiced rum
- 4 oz apple cider
- 1 oz lemon juice
- A dash of bitters
- Cinnamon stick and apple slice for garnish
- Flavour Blaster Cinnamon aroma
- Instructions:
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add spiced rum, apple cider, lemon juice, and a dash of bitters.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick, an apple slice and cinnamon aroma.
. Harvest Moon Whiskey Sour:
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- A few dashes of Angostura bitters
- Orange twist for garnish

- Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add whiskey, lemon juice, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

- Pomegranate Gin Fizz:
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- Soda water
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish

- Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in gin, pomegranate juice, and lime juice.
- Top it off with soda water.

- Mulled Wine:
- Ingredients:
- 1 bottle red wine
- 2 oz brandy
- 1/4 cup honey
- Cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange slices for flavour

- Instructions:
- In a saucepan, combine red wine, brandy, honey, and your choice of cinnamon sticks, cloves, and orange slices.
- Heat gently (do not boil) and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

- Spiced Pear Martini:
- Ingredients:
- 2 oz pear vodka
- 1/2 oz ginger liqueur
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- A slice of fresh pear for garnish
